Brief History
In 2007, fourteen institutions in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) entered in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), which established ARMM-Health Research Consortium.
The fourteen institutions were the following:

Primary Objective: To strengthen the system of collaboration in ARMM to develop and enhance capacity of institutions within the region engaged and which has interest in health research, as a strategy to improve the health conditions of its (ARMM) people.
